If you go to any country or city and you don't have much information then follow these tips.

1) Never take Taxi from the Airport because it will be very expansive, instead don't hesitate to ask anyone about the Train station or Bus station which is always there near every Airport, you just need to ask someone, it will save you 80% to 90% money on the first day of arrival.

2) Use Agoda.com for a place you want to go and want to stay in a Hotel or Guest house, it will show you all hotels & guest houses prices there, so you may remember the name of the place, then straight come to Google and write that place name like this in Google "Distance from "Airport" to "YourPlace", so it will show you the exact KM & time to reach there, so you'll then decide how much to pay to Taxi if it's near.

3) while on the first day of your arrival you have luggage & baggage with you and you are also tired so you just want to enter to a hotel and book a room, just go to a famous place and find a reasonable hotel whether expansive or cheap but book it for only one night, after getting refreshment, come out from your room and search out the surrounding areas for finding a better & more cheaper hotel or guest house, so you can shift to that the next day.

4) Google is your best friend to ask anything you need in order to avoid misunderstanding, for example you can use it for currency rates, local time of the country you are in, distance from one area to another, reach time from one area to another, fare from one area to another and so much more you can find out about a place you want to go.

5) Never follow a person who asks you whether for Massage, taxi, prostitution, lady or anything else, that may cost you very very expansive even you can be rubbed. Wherever you want to go, just go directly and ask if you need anything. But never follow anyone.

6) Always travel in metered taxi, if the driver says the meter is not working then just stop the taxi and get down instantly.

7) Do not do shopping in BIG malls, always go to small shopping malls or markets where you can find the same quality stuff at very cheap price.

8) Try to book a hotel in an area which is nearest to the Airport, so you can easily reach Airport & catch your flight on time.

9) Before going to any country, please exchange your currency with US Dollars which you can easily exchange anywhere in the world at very good exchange rate even more better rate from your country.
